My Client is oversea based luxury hotel & resort company that operate more than 100 hotels worldwide. They are looking to expand their foothold in japan and looking to hire for pre-opening and existing hotel.

Please find the job description as below:

Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.
Assist with the annual audit process, including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiries.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly as they relate to the hospitality industry is preferred but not a must.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
