Objective:
The main role is to be responsible for all accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactions, and to work with other members to achieve the goal.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage monthly/yearly closings, adhering to policy and GAAP.
-Reconcile balance sheets for assigned accounts.
-Review and process accounts payable vouchers in SAP.
-Lead Procure to Pay enhancement project for streamlined processes.
-Oversee vendor master registration and tax compliance.
-Support healthcare industry data collection and local tax filings.
-Assist in audit preparation and intercompany transactions.
-Provide analysis for business support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
-5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
-SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Nissho bookkeeping test 2nd grade certification.
-Healthcare industry experience preferred.
