My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Hong Kong-based securities company expanding its operations into Japan. As a pioneer in the Japanese finance market, we are seeking talented individuals to contribute to their success.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of the accounting and finance function, driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

Treasury Management: Manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial risks to optimize our financial position and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Budget Preparation: Develop and execute comprehensive annual budgets aligned with business goals and objectives, providing critical financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Audit and Compliance: Serve as the primary liaison with auditors and tax agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Min 5 years of Finance & Accounting experience
Familiar with JGAAP
Fluent in Japanese & Mandarin
Experience in Financial Services would be a plus

大学卒業以上
