SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position will be a member of XXX Japan’s Commercial Operation team leading execution tasks to qualitatively and quantitatively support strategic and tactical decision making in the areas of sales force and marketing effectiveness. This position will also support the enhancement of internal CRM tool, BI dashboard, etc. The role will require an analytical, collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented approach and will be focused on supporting the Japan Immunology Team.


JOB DUTIES:

·Execution of various reports, tool creation and ad hoc analyses.
·Develop, maintain, and enhance all critical tools for sales force activities such as Veeva CRM and BI dashboard.
·Training the commercial salesforce on using Veeva and the various dashboards the commercial team use
·Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.
·Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
·Communication with alliance partners to ensure consistency across companies.
·This position will also support the enhancement of internal CRM tool, BI dashboard, etc
·Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.

経験・スキル

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
·Hands-on pharmaceutical analytics experience
·Excellent communication and presentation skills that take sophisticated analysis and apply a business context.
·Results-driven and able to handle multiple projects.
·Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
·Proficient in business intelligence tools (Tableau, R/Python, SQL), software, and dashboards is a plus.
·Sales experience a plus
·Business level English is essential

Minimum Years of Experience: (Please be as specific as possible)

·Education (Minimum) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, marketing or related field.
·Language (Minimum) Requirements: Fluency in Japanese and Business Level English
·5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in an Analytics role required.
·Pharma/specialty care experience a plus
·Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance a plus
