As a Finance Director you will play a pivotal role in driving success. Reporting to the President & CEO and overseeing Finance, IS&T, and Logistics, you'll lead a dynamic team and collaborate closely with both local and HQ teams.

Responsibilities:

-Strategic Partnership: Act as a key strategic advisor, evaluating performance and shaping growth plans.
-Financial Management: Direct all financial activities, from budgeting and forecasting to treasury and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing Finance Department, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless operations, from financial reporting to compliance with regulations and agreements.
- Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with government bodies, professional firms, and landlords.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of finance experience in multinational retail.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail regulations and ERP systems preferred.
