・Maintain and install new equipment, including process tools and metrology tools
・Perform regular and breakdown maintenance on equipment
Support determination of facilities and equipment specifications
・Ensure compliance with SEMI safety regulations
・Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
・Lead advice and equipment procurement

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, with expertise in vacuum system equipment
・Knowledge and experience in semiconductor equipment such as CVD or ALD
・Experience in maintaining Metrology tool
・Familiarity with safety regulations
・Business level proficiency in Japanese and intermediate English (both spoken and written)
・Ability to work overtime and on holidays if needed (substitute leave will be given)

大学卒業以上
