・Develop overall PR strategies for existing brand and upcoming new brand that is in line with marketing and commercial objectives.
・Building and leading relationships between XXXXX and various media and influencers and beauty editors in Japan by leveraging their connection.
・Develop and execute specific PR & Event activities. Ensure PR & Event activities are optimized to achieve strategic objectives and increase brand awareness and visibility, while maintaining appropriate levels of brand image and positioning
・Develop the PR & Event budget, and manage overall spend, with an analytical mind-set to assess effectiveness and ROI of PR activities.
・Responding to inquiries, gifting, handling interviews, and confirming content for publication.
・SNS media and digital campaign support, working with digital team.
・Collaborate and strengthen the relationship with internal (marketing, sales) and external teams (agencies) to improve marketing results.
・Compile editorial calendars and media lists.
・Use digital tools to identify and pursue new storytelling opportunities.

経験・スキル

Required Skills and Experience
・Experience working in FMCG, Beauty industry.
・More than 5+ years of experience in PR field.
・Strong experience/knowledge of PR communication.
・Language: Native Japanese, business level of English, no TOEIC score targeted.
・Ability of multi-tasking.
・Frequent, clear, and concise communication skills.
・High motivation to create new communication and willingness to think outside of the box.
・Team working spirit, proactive personality with great communication skills to co-work with various internal and external counter parts.
