A Global leader in their industry is hiring an Business Relationship Manager as part of a large Business Transformation.

This is a new created position at the company, they creating a whole new business line by adding IoT and a support platform to their product.

Very Strong Language skills in Japanese & English are a must

In this position you will work closely with the global and regional business stakeholders
- You have a very strong communication skills in both English & Japanese
- Part with the Leadership at the corporate level align digital strategies with business priorities
- Work closely with stakeholders at In the data and marketing teams
- Business Development - based on market trends, competitor analyst & client feedback
- Work with business stakeholders, Marketing and sales to develop: Predictive analyst of maintenance of product and devices, remote monitoring, digital service platform
- Track performance (KPI and ROI)
- Change Management - support the training and guidance of Stakeholders to facilitate the Organizational change

経験・スキル

• Minimum of 10 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology. At least 5 years of senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility
• Strong business knowledge in various domain preferably in manufacturing business under different business model B2B, B2B2C, and B2C, etc
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong and maturity in relationship and stakeholder management and influencing skills in multiculture global environment
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, matrix teams in multi-cultural setup to achieve strategic goals. Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills.
