Join us as we embark on a dynamic journey in retail system operation support across Asia! We're seeking a talented individual to take the helm in ensuring the seamless operation of our Retail store systems throughout the region, comprising over 750 stores across multiple countries.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing Level 2 support for our IT systems, encompassing POS, Time & Attendance, Inventory Management, CRM, and Clienteling solutions. With a focus on daily operations, you'll tackle challenges head-on, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and enhance system availability.

What's in store for you:

Daily Operations (20%): From resolving open issue cases to managing support team resources, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence across our retail systems.

Routine Business Support (10%): Supporting month-end activities and facilitating front-end program deployments, you'll contribute to the smooth functioning of our retail operations.

Ticket Management (10%): Your knack for managing tickets and overseeing issue resolutions will be instrumental in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Business Management (30%): With a keen eye for communication and user engagement, you'll coordinate training sessions, ensure compliance, and foster strong relationships across various departments.

Service Improvement Analysis (30%): Driving continuous improvement, you'll analyze root causes, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and minimize incidents.

What we're looking for:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in system support for store users.
Proficiency in Japanese and English is a must, with additional languages such as Chinese or Korean being advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Experience in incident management and vendor/service delivery management.
