As a team manager, you will lead the finance and tax operations for the company's core market, Japan operations. You will be responsible for proactively resolving financial and tax issues in the core and related peripheral areas of the business.

・Manage the finance and tax team
・Manage international transactions with overseas affiliates and propose and implement measures to reduce tax risks
・Determine accounting treatment for various measures and new transactions from a tax perspective and reflect them in the system
・Monitor and implement improvement actions to maintain the soundness of PL/BS Support for consolidated closing of accounts at the group headquarters (China)
・Monitoring of daily accounting procedures
・Correspondence with financial institutions
・Credit management

経験・スキル

・Experience in accounting, taxation, or financial accounting
・Bookkeeping level 2 or equivalent knowledge
・Project management experience
・Native level of Japanese
・Business level of English
・Proactive and willing to learn even in areas where you have no experience.
