Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with
group requirement, German GAAP and Japan GAAP with updating new accounting and tax rules

Ensure monthly and quarterly closing process and high quality of accounting report package

Well-manage external and internal auditors

Manage tax return process and ensure to maximize the benefit of taxation

Contribute to identify and mitigate accounting processes with best practice solutions and systems

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Successful experience in an international environment and hands on approach

15 years+ accounting experience

Experience in manufacturing industry or company with production site is preferable

Successful experience as a team manager to lead middle-sized team (5+ people) as well as to
coordinate/manage relationship among several department

学歴

大学卒業以上
