- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Managing showrooms and samples
- Clipping reports to HQ Japan and stores
- Compiling reports & weekly industry news roundups
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts
etc.)
- Organize PR and sales events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
- Arranging still life product photography and supporting any types of shootings
- Collaborate with Italy PR department’s colleagues and maintain open communication

経験・スキル

EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years’ experience in the field (Previous experience in media, fashion, PR would be highly beneficial), lingerie/underwear, cosmetics PR experience a plus

REQUIREMENT:
- PASSION to spread the brands (the most important condition!!)
- Strong relationship with media, freelancers, stylists, and KOL
- Good knowledge of media (off-line/online) and fashion trends in Japan (International knowledge a plus)
- High skills in writing press releases in Japanese
- Ability to create attractive presentation documents.
- Experience in digital PR activity
- Extensive experience and knowledge of PR event planning
- Experience of sales promotion (store events, catalog/DM/flyer production).
- Excellent written and communication skills in Japanese and English for reporting to Italy (Italian would be a great plus)
- Strategic mind-set able to deliver marketing plans on time and within budget.
