A well-known Luxury retail company is looking for a Regional Financial Controller to join their Finance division. Reporting to the Japan and APAC GM and functionally to the APAC CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and advancement.

As the Financial Controller, you'll be a key player in our leadership team, overseeing financial activities, closing processes, and driving forecasting initiatives. Your responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, optimizing OPEX and capital expenditures, reporting to HQ, and leading continuous improvement efforts. In addition, you'll play a mentoring and coaching role for the Finance Manager and analysts under your supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Head all financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the regional CFO in decision-making and cost management.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing in collaboration with the shared services team.
- Drive forecasting, addressing risks and opportunities, and ensuring control over P&L and capital expenditures with functional teams.
- Collaborate with external/internal auditors for financial reporting compliance.

経験・スキル

・7+ years of FP&A experience within a multi-national environment
・3-5 years of management experience in multi-national enviroment
・Strong analytical and reporting skills and ability to translate into business insights.
・Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) effectively with all levels.
・Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, and passion for making it better.
・Strong leadership and coaching skills, accountability and result oriented.
・Financial digital tools and SAP/financial management reporting knowledge is required.
