Overview:

- Drive achievement of organizational financial goals through strategic planning and evaluation.
- Implement robust internal controls, oversee financial reporting, and manage cash flow.

Responsibilities:

-Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve company objectives.
-Maintain and enforce financial controls, systems, and policies.
-Develop and execute strategic frameworks for existing and new business units.
-Conduct strategic and financial analysis, including benchmarking and modeling.
-Supervise staff, ensuring effective hiring, training, and professional development.
-Oversee monthly accounting close activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
-Produce monthly financial statements and meet corporate reporting requirements.
-Coordinate and oversee physical inventories.
-Lead year-end financial close and liaise with auditors, attorneys, and bankers.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience
-Experience in identifying and implementing new systems.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
