New Japanese Global Gaming Company looking for Corporate Planning staff in Tokyo

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring a forward-looking approach to corporate growth and success.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making processes and optimize resource allocation for key projects and initiatives.

Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide insightful market research to support the identification of business opportunities and potential risks.

Performance Metrics Monitoring:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of corporate strategies.
Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Communication and Coordination:
Foster effective communication across departments by facilitating regular meetings, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to corporate planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate planning, strategic analysis, or a similar role within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Fluency in Japanese and English is preferred.
