SUMMARY of the ROLE:
- This global company is seeking an IT Service Management Manager for its Tokyo office. This role involves establishing and leading IT service management processes and ServiceNow support, with a focus on incident, problem, configuration, and change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead IT service management processes, including incident, problem, configuration, and change management.
- Manage/tracking incident processes, particularly high-priority incidents, and facilitate communication and escalation.
- Collaborate with all business areas to establish KPIs and reports, aiming to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee IT Catalog management and API integration in ServiceNow.
- Perform quality reviews of IT service management documentation, ensuring completeness and proactively addressing problems.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding in ITIL and ServiceNow or willingness to learn after joining
- Minimum 3 years of experience in incident, problem, or change management.
- Proficiency in CMDB and IT asset management.
- Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Ability to create and document processes, workflows, and manuals.
- Business level of Japanese and English
