【Job scope, Main Responsibilities and related activities】
This position will play a key role for monthly closing, reporting, cash control, compliance and process improvement. The position will report to Finance Director and supervise 2 accounting staff members. Although the position will supervise staff, she/ he needs to be a playing manager and “hands on” operation is required.
This position will work closely with the Controlling team (FP&A) and Procurement Manager in Finance, Headquarter Finance, Internal / External auditors, professional tax firms, and financial institutions to complete tasks.

•Hands on Monthly closing - main responsibility is to review GL and cost accounting / inventory.
•Check and review monthly financial package and correspond to Headquarter Finance
•Balance sheet reconciliation review
•Cash flow management, including contacting financial institutions for financing and communicating with APAC treasury.
•Analyze inventory including appropriate reserve accrual and revaluation.
•Review all the monthly accrual from various departments.
•File all required reports by tax and commercial laws.
•Apply in a timely manner tax/accounting new regulations.
•Keep SOX compliance for all business cycles.
•Identify process improvement opportunity and plan the execution.
•Supervise the local accounting staff.
•Have a strong relationship with Global Shared Service Team.
•M&A experience preferred (accounting migration)
