As they continue to expand their presence in the Japanese market, they are seeking a talented Omni IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Omni IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating multiple projects within the omni-channel space. Working closely with the IT team, digital team, brand business teams, and external vendors, you will oversee the execution of projects in parallel across various locations, including Japan, Greater China, Singapore, and the US. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance their omni-channel capabilities and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts for multiple initiatives within the omni-channel domain, from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, digital, business, and vendors, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between teams located in different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the omni-channel landscape, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans and vice versa.

Type of Projects:
- Implementation of 3rd Party E-commerce inventory sharing with brand main sites.
- Rollout of new POS systems to enhance customer checkout experience.
- Development and execution of omni-channel initiatives to seamlessly integrate online and offline channels.
- Launch of CRM projects to drive personalized customer engagement and loyalty.

- 5 years Project Management Experience.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Japanese.
- Time, Resource, Cost and Risk management skills.
- Team management skills.
- Portfolio management experience is preferred.
- Retail companies experience is preferred.
