As a key player in the team, you will have the responsibility of:

・Collaborating strategically with local and global CFOs to establish and maintain a robust financial controls framework within the organization.

・Evaluating and enhancing current business practices, presenting proposals to elevate the sophistication of our practices, processes, and systems.

• Demonstrated 8-10 years of managerial experience in leading teams for financial analysis.
• Proficient in both English and Japanese languages.

• Highly effective organizational skills.
