UI/UX Designer position at a fast-growing Legal Tech start-up

We specialize in solutions for professionals involved in the creation of complex, standardized documents. Responsibilities:
- Create visual assets for advertising, promotion, and online presence to support marketing campaigns and events.
- Plan and implement user research strategies and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative analysis for data and user feedback.
- Improve the product's UX and UI by making educated hypotheses with limited input, delivering wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with a remote cross-functional team, taking ownership and proactively moving projects forward.

Requirements
- At least one year of practical experience in UI and UX design on actual projects.
- Proficiency in user research and conducting usability testing.
- Skilled in utilizing design tools, including Figma and Illustrator.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Must possess a portfolio showcasing expertise in visual and UI/UX design.
