Stable Global Cosmetics company is #hiring for a Senior FP&A position

Why are they hiring:
・The company is currently undergoing a transition phase, focusing on diversifying its business model by giving priority to multi-channel sales, such as e-commerce and drugstores in Japan.
・To achieve a successful business transition, they are looking for a proactive and independent Sr FP&A analyst to manage the finances.
・You will take ownership of several key parts: Financial and business analysis, budgeting, P&L analysis, and forecasting.
・You will work cross-functionally with different teams both locally and globally (HQ).

Expected Experience:
・Strong career experience in financial planning and management reporting.
・Experience in budgeting and forecasting at a multi-national company.

・Financial digital tools and SAP/financial management reporting knowledge is required.
