IT Business Support Manager (CRM and Analytics)

We are seeking experienced IT Management/IT Business professionals with expertise in CRM and BI/Data Analytics tools.

You will get to work in a dynamic workplace with 19 nationalities across the company, in this Global Food and Beverage company.


The Role:

- You will be the first point of contact for the Business Side when it comes to the new and existing IT tools.
- You will be a key player in the introduction and successful implementation of CRM tools.
- You will make a big impact on the business by making the most of BI & Data Analytics.
- You will work with partners across multiple regions, and from multiple backgrounds for the strategy and implementation of the best possible tools and solutions.
- As a Bilingual IT Expert, you will get to grow your career within Japan, and without.


Experience

- 5 years of Project Management, Business Analysis, Consulting or IT Support Management
- CRM or BI & Data Analytics tools
- IT Implementation
- Stakeholder Management
