About the Role:
They are a start-up originally founded in San Francisco, recognized for being the first Japanese team to graduate from a top US accelerator. The mission is to enhance creativity through technology, and they are the developers of an AI-powered software testing automation platform.

Since launching the web application testing software in October 2019, followed by mobile app testing platform in October 2021, they have continuously expanded the product lineup. However, the demand for new features and improvements persists.

Job Purpose:
They are seek a visionary and experienced Vice President of Product to lead the product management team. This role involves driving the development of our AI-driven software test automation platform. The ideal person should have a profound understanding of product strategy, a track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products, and a passion for using AI to revolutionize software testing.

経験・スキル

Over 10 years of industry expertise, including 7 years in leadership, skilled in defining product vision and strategy and a successful history of launching new products and contributing to business growth.

Technical understanding of E2E test automation and software testing in general.

Excellent communication skills, including writing high-level documentation, text-based collaboration, and conducting in-depth verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

Professional proficiency in English.
