SUMMARY of the ROLE:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor responsible for executing Internal Audit activity within its entities in Japan. This role aims to provide timely, independent assurance to enhance the control culture. The job requires autonomy in audit execution, strong knowledge in IT processes, and effective interaction with various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute internal audit tests to standards.
- Assist in developing internal audit programs.
- Draft audit reports.
- Understand key business risks and regulatory requirements.
- Work with management on action plan tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Some experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Internal Audit.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and controls.
- Technology background covering web applications, operating systems, databases, etc.
- Fluent Japanese and Business Level English
- Effective teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
