- Support the preparation of annual budget and mid-term plan planning as well as variance analysis vs. BUD, LY, etc. on a global scale.
- Partner with key stakeholders to achieve financial targets and drive financial performances.
- Lead/Co-lead business planning process improvement to support senior management for better decision makings.
- Engage financial planning on new business and M&A related activities as needed.
- Lead/Co-lead team development to maximize team performance.

経験・スキル

- 5+ year FP&A experiences in global leading companies.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business mindset. (Commercial experience would be a plus.)
- Fluent in English.
- People management experience would be a plus.
