◆Position Overview
As a Fullstack Engineer/Tech Lead, you will lead the development of projects that primarily utilize Web and Cloud technologies while collaborating with consultants/engineers based in Japan and India.

◆Job details
*Job content will change depending on your experience level, but in the future you will be responsible for the following role as a Tech Lead.
・Upstream process
・Identification of issues and solutioning (selection of technology stack and architecture)
・Leading and educating the development team regarding the overall technology required for web domain development
・Negotiation and coordination with customers and external vendors
・Issue occurrence Time problem solving

◆Project details
Application development project for a major global retail company.
The scale is about 10 people including offshore.

経験・スキル

We plan to hire candidates not only for their immediate ability but also for their potential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience listed below required

・Development experience in web systems, Frontend areas, and Backend systems
・Backend: 5+ years of development experience in Java, Python, various DBs, Cloud services, etc.
・Frontend: React or Angular 5 or more years of development experience

[Language]
Japanese fluent level (N1 or higher), English daily conversation level or higher
