SUMMARY of the ROLE:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to take end-to-end accountability for front-to-back-end development within a defined system. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on established standards and processes to support organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Architectural Leadership:
- Lead the creation of architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility and integration with existing systems.
- Enable self-service capabilities for business partners.
2) Development and Planning:
- Lead the detailed technical design and development of applications/platforms.
- Manage prioritization of problems, incidents, and service requests with Product Owner.
3) Security and Compliance:
- Ensure disaster recovery, privacy, and security align for application/platform stability.
- Lead peer reviews of solution designs and related code for complex features.
4) Production Support:
- Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Manage a team in production support activities and upgrades of applications/platforms.
5) Team Management:
- Manage a product team in the development and maintenance of an end-to-end IT solution.
- Maintain awareness of trends and issues in technical expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Collaboration:
- Willingness to work with others to find solutions and recognize others' contributions.
- Effective navigation of formal and informal communication channels.
2) Communication/Presentation:
- Ability to express oneself effectively and navigate communication and decision-making channels.
3) Agile Practices:
- Discovery of requirements and development of business-valued solutions through collaborative effort.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and collaboration tools.
4) Product/Business/Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of industry, business products, and processes for informed decision-making.
- Customer experience understanding.
5) Application Design/Architecture:
- Knowledge and experience in converting business requirements into technical application design.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and secure design and coding practices.

- ReactJS, Java & SpringBoot
- Azure Cloud Native Services & Azure DevOps
- Testing Tools (Selenium, Aplitools)
- Rest APIs/Microservices architecture & security patterns
