Role
1.Lead the team responsible for the company’s Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) compliance practices.
2.Launch programs to manage and reduce the potential ESH compliance risks within 12" fab environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
1.Align company ESH practices with head office ESH policies and guidelines.
2.Establish ESH management system and build related policies and procedures.
3.Conduct ESH risk assessments for new manufacturing equipment and facilities.
4.Assist HR in implementing industrial hygiene programs for occupational disease prevention and health promotion.
5.Conduct and review audits of applicable EHS programs and recommend improvement to address related audi.t shortcomings to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Qualifications (Education, Skills, Certificates, etc.):
1.Bachelor or above degree in safety, industrial hygiene, ESH, environmental, chemical or other related fields.
2.10+ years of work experience in the field of ESH.
3.Familiar with Japan and local ESH related regulations.
4.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is a plus.
5.Familiarity with ISO 14001 environmental management systems or ISO 45001 safety and health management systems is a plus.
6.Working experience in semiconductor manufacturing company or hi-tech manufacturing company is preferred.
7.Able to work with a transnational team.
