・Be responsible for Business-analysis, primarily Sales-analysis, and Financial-control, to support local Management, especially the local CFO as well as the Retail Director, with proper understanding of business situation, consequent decision-making and the Financial-target achievement
・Be a Change-agent with passion, comfortable with challenging the status-quo and pursuing the areas for improvement, including the possible integration with Technology-solutions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to perform the following
・Lead the partnering with respective Business-process owners to drive Business-result, primarily Sales-performance, and the Financial one
・Take the appropriate initiatives in completion of Budget/Forecast/Strategic/Business-planning processes, in cooperation with all the stakeholders, including the timely consolidation-reporting to HQ through SAP application, with required schedule-management
・Prepare the Monthly-reporting for local Management with Financial-insights based on relevant KPIs, i.e. identifying key Business-drivers as well as projected Financial impacts
・Participate in critical Projects, e.g. IT related "Reporting-tools" enhancement, Gross-margin monitoring, Working-capital Management and other
・Identify any possibilities for improvement to support the Business in a more efficient way, including the standardization and reengineering of Business-processes
・Inventory-management from a Financial viewpoint, i.e. together with Logistics/ Supply Team-members
・Act as the interface/bridge between Financial and Operation analyses for consistency

経験・スキル

Requirements:
・Effective communication/presentation skills both in Japanese and in English
・Proven working-experience as a Business-analyst/Controller of multi-national companies [experience in Cosmetic/Beauty industry is a plus]
・Minimum academic requirement: Bachelor degree
・Sufficient knowledge of IFRS as well as JGAAP
