Senior Indirect Procurement Manager at global food company

As a Manager, together with stakeholders’ team mainly in engineering/maintenance/operation team,
you will lead sourcing strategy development for key spends based on deep understanding of internal
compelling business needs, and industry/market/supplier situation. Then execute the strategy in a
way to achieve company and department business goal by collaborating with multi-functional team
and external suppliers by optimizing Cost, Quality, Schedule, Service, Innovation capability and
Supply Security.

Requirements:

• Over 5-10 years of experience in plant CAPEX sourcing as buyer or experience in plant
engineering with exposure to supplier communication.
• Indirect Sourcing (Purchasing/Procurement)
• Advanced Negotiation, Tender, Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management skills
