As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and overseeing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations of our retail and back office functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership:

•Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of IT professionals responsible for critical infrastructure operations.

•Foster a collaborative work environment that thrives on innovation and excellence.

Strategic Creation:

• Develop and execute forward-thinking IT infrastructure strategies aligning with our company's goals and HQ objectives.

• Innovate and deliver cutting-edge infrastructure solutions for proposals, projects, and ongoing support.

Technical Accountability:

• Spearhead projects to enhance network performance, optimize servers, and implement state-of-the-art cloud solutions.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.

• Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.

• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

Management :

• Manage a small infrastructure team

• Effectively manage the budget for IT infrastructure, allocating resources to meet company objectives.
Scope of Position:

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or IT management certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience in successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Expertise in project management and execution of infrastructure enhancement projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.

• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.

• Exceptional communication skills, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent Japanese & Business-level English proficiency.

•Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
