Your role will encompass swift support to business users and ensuring the systems are maintained at peak efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Shape the Future: Contribute to the global IT strategy for digital, clienteling, and mobile apps, applying these strategies to the dynamic landscape of our Japanese business.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with stakeholders across Japan, skillfully gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for clienteling and mobile apps projects.

• Project Leadership: Take the reins in global/local project management for digital, clienteling, and mobile apps, developing and maintaining meticulous project plans that highlight milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Transparent Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management through regular status updates and reports.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Tackle technical problems reported by customers with finesse, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Documentation Expertise: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles for our support desk.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

• Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a definite plus.

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrate proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically focused on digital, clienteling, and mobile strategies, preferably in the retail industry.

• Project Management Prowess: Showcase experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Analytical Insight: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Communication Mastery: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.

• Language Proficiency: Display business-level proficiency in English. FLUENT JAPANESE IS MANDATORY

• Strategic Thinking: Bring a problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking to address project challenges effectively.

•Tech Savviness: Demonstrate familiarity with mobile app development processes and user experience principles.

• Tech Toolkit: Showcase knowledge and experience of Azure, Sales Force Cloud, and databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

• Vendor Management: Exhibit strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Motivation and Execution: Be highly self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Team Collaboration: Showcase extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
