You will be responsible of Product Manager for the following processes in regards to user access log analytics service (UI/API)
* Support product roadmap definition activities
* Define business specification documents and communicate them to Technical Leads and Development teams
* Do research and analysis on other Analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics
* Define scopes and milestones for product delivery (i.e. Minimum Viable Product and Major Version Releases)
* Create wireframes/mock-up in any prototyping tools (i.e. Figma) for UI/UX Designers and participate on UI/UX design reviews
* Support QA activities such as user acceptance testing, bug triage session
* Support Development teams' day-to-day activities, clarifying requirements
* Analyze user feedbacks, feature KPIs and production issues for possible inclusion to product roadmap
* Improve the quality and increase customer satisfaction of our product
* Ship features by working closely with Product owner, Project manager, UI/UX designer, Development and QA teams with a strong sense of ownership

経験・スキル

* 5+ years experience in managing a product
with an active user-base
* Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of any analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau or any other with a related certification.
* Has experience handling Outages/Troubles with high-impact/critical business-functions that have impact on revenue.
* Experience being a single-point-of-contact for a product through all stages of the product life cycle, from "idea-to-release-to-operations". Comfortable to work on big-and-small aspects of the product such as:
** Documenting/Sharing Rollout Strategies, Product specifications, User-Guides and Trouble/Issue Documents.
** Working with development and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and identify bugs
** Collaborate with Designers to better optimize the UX
** Advocate and prioritize tradeoffs to Stakeholders in Japanese
** Proposing Product-Roadmap and product-optimization strategies
* Problem-solving skills: independent in researching root-cause and proposing solutions.
