■Main tasks include
・Lead new product launches and manage the growth of existing product lines.
・Develop and implement localized marketing plans based on market analysis and competitor insights.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience in the beauty industry (B2C).
・Proven ability to lead successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
・Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Fluent in Japanese and Business level English.
・Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
・Passion for fragrances and beauty products.
・Strong understanding of the Japanese market.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
・Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
