[POSITION OUTLINE]
You will manage a team that provides IT support for our business transformation.
Job content
• As the administrative manager of the IT DX team, you will support the people in charge of EC systems, CRM systems, and POS systems. Team members will be 4-5 people.

• Creating a roadmap
You will work with the user department and GHQ to formulate a three-year plan for IT solution development and lead its execution.
• Designing the overall system image
You will work with the user department, GHQ, and development partners to define the overall system image that we should have.
• Lead the CRM system renewal project
You will work with GHQ members to promote the Japan expansion project of the CRM platform using Salesforce.
• Technical support for team members
You will promote the growth of the entire team by providing advice and support to young members on technical aspects and work progress.
Qualification requirements

[REQUIREMENTS]
• 3+ years of team, project, and cost management experience
• Experience working in a retail information systems department is a plus
• Experience developing and operating a CRM system is a plus

[REQUIRED KNOWLDGE/SKILLS]
• Native level Japanese. Business level English proficiency.
• General management skills as a manager
• Project management knowledge equivalent to PMP
• IT knowledge equivalent to an information processing engineer (system architect)
• IT service management knowledge equivalent to ITIL Foundation
• Interest and knowledge about cosmetics

[PERSON SKILLS]
• Be able to understand the information systems department and your own role required to achieve business goals, formulate a medium-term plan, and lead its execution.
• Be able to understand the situation of team members and provide appropriate support at all times.
• Ability to discuss information system requirements and priorities that suit the business strategy and environment equally and constructively with user departments.
• Be able to communicate smoothly with colleagues overseas and in non-IT departments, paying attention to how to choose terminology and how to proceed with the conversation depending on the person you are talking to.
