Global Tech Team in Japan as Senior Legal Counsel!
About Role: My client is a prominent international tech firm at the forefront of innovation, with a focus on revolutionizing the digital landscape. Our commitment to excellence has propelled us to the forefront of the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of issues related to our international tech operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate legal challenges and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including but not limited to commercial contracts, licensing agreements, and more.
• Stay abreast of legal developments impacting the tech industry, keeping the company informed and proactive in response.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Japan.
• Extensive experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of international business and legal frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
