Senior EHS Manager

As the factory EHS Manager, you will oversee the management of all  Japan Factory Site with respect to Environment, Health, Safety and Security.
You will seek to use your wealth of experience to develop, implement and train sound and effective policies, procedures and guidelines that will protect the health and Safety of all in Factory, while maintaining regulatory compliance in all audits and checks that is involved in to ensure that our people are always protected.

Requirements:

Skills and Experiences required
• Knowledge of factory industry safety, security, health and environmental standards
• Experience handling all types of EHS management systems
• A working knowledge of Japanese health and safety, security and environmental laws and the rules and regulations needed to comply
• Past professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas
• Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change
• Good understanding of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing systems as well as Supply Chain and HR processes
