Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to ascertain user needs, translating these insights into intuitive interface designs.
- Engage with various departments to acquire a deep understanding of the business imperatives behind enhancing user experiences.
- Identify and propose enhancements for our digital platforms, including applications and websites, to improve user engagement.
- Articulate design concepts and their underlying rationale through clear visual and verbal presentations, including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, marketing, and research teams to ensure a superior user experience.
- Oversee the consistency and coherence of the user experience across all service components, adhering to design standards and guidelines.
- Assume responsibility for the entire user experience, from overarching strategy to the intricacies of user interface design.
- Evaluate the design work of colleagues to ensure alignment with business objectives and the delivery of an optimal user experience.
- Innovate and implement user interaction designs that are both engaging and accessible across multiple platforms.

経験・スキル

Required Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in Interaction Design and/or Service Design, working with diverse users, solving various business challenges, and designing for multiple devices.
- Minimum of 3 years dedicated to designing digital products, particularly for Japanese consumers, with a focus on local language adaptation.
- A solid 3-year background in employing and championing user-centered design processes.
- Over 3 years of experience in developing experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes.
- At least 3 years of proficiency in rapid prototyping techniques, from paper sketches to digital prototypes.
- 2+ years of managing design systems for multi-device products.
- Minimum of 2 years in performing requirements gathering and facilitating communication among design teams and project workstreams.
- A portfolio showcasing the UX design process for mobile apps (iOS, Android) and web platforms.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills, capable of managing stakeholder meetings in English. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in both English and Japanese, with design deliverables produced in Japanese.
