経験・スキル

Required Experience:
- Business level Japanese and English (internal communications are in Japanese; documents and communication with external stakeholders are in English)
- 3+ years of backend development experience using Go, C, C++, Java, Rust, and/or Scala
- Experience with AWS

Desired Experience:
- Experience with Ethereum, Tendermint, Cosmos SDK
- Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency domains
