 Indirect procurement team management
 Analyse business needs and provide optimal solutions and values: Anticipate with agility market evolution and deliver solutions which meet business needs. Collaborate with relevant functions to achieve the optimal and holistic solutions and values. Make propositions for continuous improvement and challenge processes to ensure the consistency with the internal control norms as well as the category strategies.
 Ensure control & governance: Proactively monitor the local purchasing operation in line with Global/ Zone/ local norms to ensure sustainable audit-readiness. Develop and implement frameworks for continuous training and communication to promote user awareness in compliance.
 Maximize productivity and performance
 Optimize supplier management
 Monitor and manage tools and systems.
 Mange risk: Anticipate operational risks, and implement action plans to mitigate the risks.
 Negotiate with integrity

経験・スキル

 Working experience in Indirect purchasing for at least 7 years, preferably in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical industry.
 Strategic sourcing planning and execution - experience in cross-functional projects.
 Strong leadership and team collaboration mindset
 Self-driver on process improvement and change management.
 Great communication and negotiation skills
 Strong data analysis and presentation skills (Excel, PPT)
 Business English. Native Japanese preferred.
