JOB TITLE Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager
REPORTING TO Senior IT Manager
MAIN PURPOSE
1) Provide daily application support for boutique (shop) users as level 2 (L2)
2) Coordinate and Support system testing with business users.
3) Approach support member in HQ (Level 3) in case of complex issues
4) Train business users on demand basis 6) Support project implementation / management in retail domain

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 : Daily application support Follow SLA and application support model to support issues raised from retail business especially boutiques Execute troubleshooting with business operation analysis and workaround proposal Predict the potential risks, monitor system behavior and improve performance of support service to business Summarize root cause and resolutions documentation Key responsibility
2 : System testing with business users Understand retail business operation and be good at presentation as a good speaker or trainer Prepare, coordinate and support for the tests with business users with scenario creation and system demonstration
3 : Coordination between Global and local Understand business impact and operation related to the issues and escalate to global IT be a communication bridge between global IT and local business to manage the issue resolution process
4 : Users training Proactively create training plans for the users as required Create training documents and operation manuals Key responsibility
5 : Support project implementation Liaise with global IT as a key coordinator to local business for global IT projects Manage local project tasks from requirements to UAT, Go live Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g. network team, PC team, etc.) for system launching in Boutiques Collect local needs and support to realize retail demands

PROFILES:
We are looking for either non-Manager or Manager talent for this position. This position is an individual contributor therefore Manager candidates are expected more deeper knowledge and expertise in required skills / competency / experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Business process analysis skill

• Broad understanding of IT (ERP/Web based intranet system＋IT governance)
• Substantial knowledge of similar business structure (Wholesale, Finance, Logistics etc.)
• Strong command of presentation
• Positive and logical thinker
• Project management skill
• Leadership
• Strong ownership of tasks
• Creative and pro-active problem solver – in case for Manager, experience of leading problem solving beyond domains.
• Committed & delivery oriented – Can offer every effort to attain the target

EXPERIENCE:
• Hands on experience in Retail applications such as POS, Mobile POS, OMS, Inventory management systems as internal IT member or consultant with minimum 5 years’ experience in case for Manager role.
• User support experience
• Full SAP system knowledge is nice to have

LANGUAGE:
- Native level Japanese, business level English
