Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking to lead all Japan related IT projects?

This is a brand new position at the company.
Currently they have a strong pipeline of many ongoing IT Projects that have been lead by a Global IT Projects team, however they need a bilingual (Japanese & English) IT Project Manager with boots on the ground here in Japan.
-You will take ownership of the ongoing and new projects
-You with sync with Local business stakeholders to understand their pain points and business requirements.
-You will also sync with the local IT team and global IT projects team.
-You will be standalone in Japan, reporting to global directly, give you agility in your how you work
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure & Cloud technology is a must
- Business level Japanese and English is mission critical for the position,
- Chinese ability is also big plus to sync with APAC teams (not a must)

Total potential salary is 17M total (base + bonus)
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.

Ideal location is Osaka and preference is given to Candidates willing to live there, Tokyo is possible as well.
