• Develop and execute focused strategies for growing our business into adjacencies. Conduct interviews to understand market structure, trends and customer needs, in particular in adjacent business spaces
• Partnering with business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria
• Identify new opportunities to accelerate our businesses, while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities for the organization overall
• Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights
• Lead the full M&A process: identifying targets, due diligence incl. valuation, contract negotiation and integration planning. Play the role of the deal quarterback and present the findings and recommendations to the M&A committee (composed of the CEO and the key leaders of the business)

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• Demonstrated track record of helping drive a broad range of M&A deal types
• 10+ years of professional experience in either of the following areas such as: Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate M&A.
• Outstanding analytic and problem solving skills with affinity for quantitative modeling (strong excel skills)
• Strog verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese along with ability to influence across the organization
