Planning and Logistics Manager at Global Food and Beverage company

Team Management
⦁ Lead and support Demand Planning & Logistics functions
⦁ Manage workflow and effectively delegate duties across the team.
⦁ Ensure all tasks of demand and supply planning and logistics are backed up to secure supply chain
activities, especially during business peak seasons, vacations, etc.

Demand Planning

⦁ Provide input to Supply Chain Manager to develop inventory strategies on existing SKUs, including
proposition of safety stock volume
⦁ Lead planning in SAP APO module

Supply Planning

⦁ Supervise placing orders, taking into consideration production & transit lead-times, back label
process, warehouse storage capacity, minimum inventory requirements according to stock policy.

Logistics coordination

⦁ Supervise the interaction with customs brokers regarding customs clearance.
⦁ Supervise the process of preparation of import documents for customs clearance and archive
import documentation.
3PL Management

Required Experience:
10+ years’ experience in demand planning and logistics
