・Manager ～ Partner level position
・Global business management consulting position covering areas such as follows
・Company-wide structure reform such as: introduction of zero-based budgeting; visualization of company-wide costs; construction of a governance and ERM model; etc
・Global operating conceptualization such as: utilization and enhancement of of SSC functions as well as BPO; shift of head office resources to value-added operations; Zero-Based Organization; etc
・Global standardization of accounting operations such as: Concept of global standard business processes/systems; BPR to standardize operations of each company; etc
・Promotion of digital enterprise such as: business process design on the premise of zero-based digitization; process digitization planning and promotion (AI, OCR, RPA, workflow, etc.)

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Team management experience
・English: Business / Japanese: Business
・At least one from the following ①②③ :
① Holder of 3~15 years' of experience in any of the in general financial, strategic or managerial consulting areas
② Experience in running business project related to company/client reforming, transformational or turnaround initiatives
③ Experience in establishment and/or enhancement of shared services, overseas subsidiaries, new organization and/or business launching
