Your key responsibilities:
● Own UIUX design for EC, Online Medical Service, and Medical support service with deep customer analysis with qualitative/quantitative approach as a Product Manager
● Work as part of a cross functional, international team, composed by different functions like tech, data and product;
● Lead user research efforts, gathering data that will support the team in finding new opportunities;
● Facilitate the continuous discovery, prioritization and delivery cycles of problem and solution spaces, in cross functional, collaborative efforts;
● Establish and maintain continuous learning cycles for products, including rapid experimentation;
● Participate in the creation of standards and best practices for the product team;
● Mentor junior team members;

経験・スキル

Requirements:
● UIUX Web design experience
● Submission of your work portfolio
● Fluency in Japanese and business level English;
● Understanding of SDLC and agile software development;
● Outstanding communication skills;
● Being curious, self-starter, and eager to learn;
● Experience in the technology industry, having worked directly with software engineering
teams and being able to understand the lingo;
● Experience working closely to business units, being able to comprehend business
requirements;
● Track record of making data informed decisions, experimenting to validate hypotheses,
and delivering value incrementally;
Nice to have:
● E-Commerce business experience
● Technical understanding of coding languages, management tools;
● Project management experience;
● PSPO I certification or equivalent;
