• Act as the primary interface with the client to establish all implementations connectivity between organizations
• Organizes all client implementations to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process working closely with our sales/relationship managers
• Manage and execute the technical and business implementation of treasury and cash management solutions. (our e-banking system implementation)
• Conduct the documentation work for client’s on-boarding /KYC process using the knowledge of AML (Anti-Money-Laundering)
• Formulate strategic project initiatives and work closely with the Regional Manager, Asia team and global business partners to promote quality solutions for clients
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and associates where necessary for problem solving for our e-banking system
• Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing the voice of the business, taking ownership and deliver the execution of these projects

Requirements

• 3~5 years working experience in banking industry preferably in Implementation
• A background in supporting technical services is preferred
• Excellent telephone and email skills and managing client delight in both Japanese and English
• Must be client focused a team player, communicate crisply and candidly, able to improve processes, drive for results and take ownership to enhance client delight
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starter; problem-solving/analytical skills important
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
• Experience in making presentations to small groups
