- Reporting on both the quality of divisional product and any associated warranty costs.
- Staffing and organizing the technical and field assistance groups to provide timely response to urgent field issues, installations of new equipment, and feedback to internal customers on the performance of products and emerging quality issues.
- Negotiating and resolving serious customer issues.
- Alerting Safety and Legal departments about product risk situations.
Laboratory management for all testing and demonstration facilities in the AP region
- People Management in Japan, Korea, China

Education/Certifications
- BS in Engineering or related technical field

Experience
・5-7 years of technical support and/or quality management
・5 years of technical support experience
・People Management

Skills/Competencies
・Excellent technical and problem solving skills
・Customer relations skills
・Ability and willingness to travel
・Industrial equipment testing and demonstration experience
・英語（ビジネス使用可能レベル）
