Prepare and execute various events and sales promotional activities including large-scale sales events, In-store events, Pop-up events, and other customers’/VIP events by cooperating with mainly Marketing and Communications team and retail team to increase turnover.
Also, develop and implement CRM activities to strengthen customers’ engagement to OUR.

➢ Events & Sales promotion
- Following the brand’s strategy and plan, prepare and execute each event by working closely with Marketing and Communications team, Retail team and other cross functional teams
- Prepare presentation material for department stores, sales support material and DM, plan event venues’ layout, prepare the creatives, proofread contents of exposure with department store media(catalogues, digital signage, posters, website, social media etc).
- Prepare for VIP/customers’ events including arrangement for the venues and hospitality as well as planning of the events’ layout, preparation of the creatives and invitations etc.
- Prepare visual data for OOH and department store media.
- Manage event kit material
➢ CRM
- Devise and prepare gifts and hospitality (invitation to dining, catering etc.) for customers to strengthen the customers’ engagement to OUR.
- Arrange and order gifts (wines, meal vouchers etc.) with various vendors, manage the stocks, and arrange with OUR salons for delivery.
- Build and utilize customers database to develop customer’ loyalty.
➢ Retail support and other
- Prepare and arrange seasonal gifts and greeting cards
- Manage catalogues and other sales support material, events material etc.
- Liaise with UK HQ to produce and supply support material such as light box, catalogues, brochures, etc.
- Manage invoice from vendors

経験・スキル

Education: University degree
Language: Japanese native, English (mainly reading and writing)
Experience: More than 3 years of experience in events/sales promotions fields with luxury/high brand business.
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Personality: Engaged, Have hospitality and strong communication skills, Flexible, Multitasking, Positive
