・To define and create the retail design & merchandising image and exposure at the point of sales (POS)
・Throughout retail design, express the brand identity and products, as well as brand communication
・Create and manage brand's spatial concept for any distribution
Lead the creation of POS design and material answering to the brand needs
・Undertake the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores, newly opened and renovated stores previously defined with the brand HQ or Zone
・Manage external suppliers, designers, production teams
・Follow up within the brand budget
・Follow closely the field needs and trends
・Create and implement brand image materials (Display tools etc.)

経験・スキル

・"Metier" (専門分野） expertise and sensitivity
・Architecture or interior design skills, design skills for store space, more than 3yrs. experience
・Merchandising essentials, more than 3yrs. experience in VMD
・Brand and product knowledge
・Project management skill
・Negotiation skill
・Business level English
・PC, Design tools soft (Vectorworks / SketchUp), and Microsoft Office skills
